We are thrilled to announce that today, MERQ Rwanda has officially signed a partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with RMEO. Our Country Director, Ms. Tsega Hagos, proudly signed the agreement on behalf of MERQ.
This collaboration marks a significant step forward in enhancing the research and M&E landscape in Rwanda. Together, we will develop a comprehensive operational plan to guide the implementation of this MOU, ensuring that our shared vision translates into impactful, data-driven results.
